“Children First Derby have launched “Leopold the Listening Lion” as part of our 50th anniversary celebrations. Named after Leopold Street, where the charity based, the lion is available for children who may be struggling with their mental health. Children can write or draw their worries on a piece of paper and feed it into the lions back. This allows him to ‘eat the worries away’. The lions can be purchased for your own personal use or you can donate £25 to enable a Vulnerable child supported by Children First Derby to receive their very own Leopold “the listening” Lion”
